Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy – Barbados Luggage Storage 1. Booking Terms All bookings for luggage storage must be made in advance through our official booking platform or at an authorized partner location. Upon booking, customers will receive a confirmation email or receipt which must be presented at drop-off. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows or failure to drop off luggage within the scheduled window will also be considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable. 3. Liability & Responsibility While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of stored items, Barbados Luggage Storage is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or contents. Customers are advised not to store valuables, fragile items, cash, electronics, or important documents. 4. Storage Conditions Luggage must be securely closed and labeled with the customer’s name. We reserve the right to refuse storage of items that are illegal, hazardous, perishable, or deemed unsafe by our team. Items left beyond the agreed-upon pick-up time may incur additional charges or be treated as unclaimed property. 5. Unclaimed Items Items not collected within 2 hours after the agreed pick-up time will be considered unclaimed. We reserve the right to dispose of or donate unclaimed items at our discretion. 6. Customer Agreement By booking with Barbados Luggage Storage, customers agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
